The NCSciFest Team, with help from UNC's Department of Physics and Astronomy, broke the Guinness World Record for the highest launch from a Galilean cannon!

What is a Galiliean cannon? It's simply a stack of balls, arranged from heaviest to lightest, that when dropped, transfers energy to the topmost ball and send it shooting into the air. You can make your own at home with a basketball and tennis ball. Can you break our record?
