ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us for our last Statewide Star Party at Kaleideum North! Kaleideum is getting ready to combine both of our campuses to one in downtown Winston-Salem, so this is our last Star Party at our 400 W Hanes Mill Rd. location on Saturday, April 22.
Forsyth Astronomical Society will will bring telescopes, binoculars, and more for a FREE star observation that will highlight the theme of Celebrating the Night Sky. Activities will be set up outside that will teach us more about what we can see in the night sky and answer questions about the cosmos.
The museum will be closed during the event. This event is wheelchair accessible and we will have braille books available to learn about the stars through touch.
Check our social media sites for updates and in case of inclement weather.
NCSciFest's annual Statewide Star Party is made possible through the generous support of the NC Space Grant.
