ABOUT THIS EVENT
Visit Isothermal Community College on April 1, 2023 for a free educational science show for the region in our state of the art auditorium, The Foundation Performing Arts Center.
Isothermal's annual Science and Technology Expo, March 31 and April 1, will feature up to 40 interactive exhibits that will cover virtually every aspect of science and technology to introduce students to careers in STEM fields. Attendees are immersed in a day-long exploration of how science and technology affects our lives.
Part of the statewide North Carolina Science Festival, the college has hosted this event for 10 years. This year we invite all 6th grade students from Rutherford and Polk counties to our campus to take part. Our hope is to inspire young minds and showcase many exciting STEM opportunities available in our area.
