In this public library STEAM program, participants will learn all about galaxies! Learn about types of galaxies and their formation, and all about Earth’s home galaxy.

Participants will create space-themed sensory art called Galaxy Oobleck. It is not a liquid or solid…it’s Oobleck goop! We'll also talk about the different states of matter and non-Newtonian fluids while experimenting with this sensory art. It only uses 2 ingredients, cornstarch and water, plus your colors and glitter of choice, so it is an easy science art project to re-create at home!
